Thoughts on Strong Bonds Retreats (building stronger marriages)

My husband got an invitation to a Strong Bonds (I think that's the name of it) retreat that will be here in our area soon. I was wondering if any of you have gone to one and what you thought.
I am happy with my marriage and think it's going good (most days) granted we have our ups and downs, but who doesn't. I would just like some feedback, even if it's second hand, to help us make a decision on if we want to go or not.

    I have been on 2 strong bonds retreat and 1 that was for spouses of deployed soldiers. They are amazing!!! We learned so much and have really applied it our marriage. :) I think you will enjoy it.

    I am so jealous! I have been wanting to go to one but there aren't any in our area anytime soon. Go, have fun, if nothing else it'll be a weekend kiddo free!

    Hi! I'm a visitor from the Wednesday Walk-About. My husband and I went to a Strong Bonds retreat in August. I had the same thoughts as you before we went but honestly, it was amazing. We had so much fun and it was great to just get a weekend to ourselves with no outside responsibilities. We're already talking about when we can go again.
